Shipping policy

As we are a small business, ran by one person, please allow up to 3-5 days processing during normal periods. 

During busy periods (sales, restock and new releases), please allow 5+ business days for your order to be processed.

We appreciate your support and understanding.

1. Where do you ship to?

We ship around Australia, New Zealand and Tasmania!  

2. How long will shipping take once my order is shipped?

We endeavour to have your items shipped without 2-3 business days. Once they are out of our hands, shipping times are beyond our control but we typically see orders with customers within approximately 5-7 days of shipping. 

PLEASE NOTE 

We are in no way responsible for any import or duty taxes imposed by your country. Please check these charges before placing your order. Please refer to our FAQ and returns/exchange policy for further information. 

Any unclaimed parcel from the post office are the responsibility of the purchaser. If your parcel is returned to us due to not being collected from the post office, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs to have it resent once we receive the parcel back.
