CHANGE OF MIND
We want you to absolutely love your items, have the perfect fit and be confident in your purchases with us. For this reason, we offer exchanges on our full priced items.
All change of mind returns must be completed within 10 days of receiving your items. (Excluding sale - all sale items are FINAL).
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
FAULTY ITEMS
We carefully check each individual item before sending it to you, but if you feel you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your item.
Please note- all faulty items will require a return to be eligible for a replacement.
Shipping costs incurred in returning a faulty item will be covered by us. If an exact replacement is not available, a store credit will be issued (valid for 12 months).
CONDITIONS
Any item returned (including faulty items) must be returned in the condition you received them in and will be thoroughly checked. All packaging/tags must still be in tact, items must not be washed and items must be in unused/unworn condition. Items that fail to meet these conditions will be refused for a return and you will need to cover postage costs back to yourself.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
1. Contact us by EMAIL within 10 days of receiving your items. Please include your full name, order number and item you are wishing to return and why.

2. Once we have approved your return we will email you our return shipping address. Please include a note inside your parcel with your full name and order number. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Lodge your parcel at your nearest post office. Tracked shipping is required to protect both yourself and us. We do not accept responsibility of any returns lost in transit.
4. Once we have received your returned item, in new/unused condition, you will be issued with a credit note for the purchase value. This credit note will not expire and can be used towards any items on our website.
Please note If you have purchased your item with a discount, you will be issued the exact value you paid for your item, not the full RRP.
